Orpheum Summer Film Series

Bless you, Orpheum Theatre. For yet another year, the classic Memphis location will be presenting a series of classic films over the summer months to patrons. This summer’s line-up is perhaps their most impressive yet, spanning eight decades and even including *gasps* a silent film!

For residents of the region, this is a wondrous opportunity to introduce fellow friends and family members to some of the best productions from Hollywood’s past. Most importantly, the series provides a rare chance to see these films on the big screen with a full audience taking in the action.

Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for kids under 12 and also available in packs of 10 for $50. Here’s a quick guide to the do’s and don’t’s of the cinematic fun offered by the Orpheum. Read more
